How It Works
When you enter the airport take the LEFT HAND lane which takes you in front of terminal one arrivals area. Overhead signs indicate the approach lane for Arrivals, and ‘parking’ (aparcamiento). Move across to the middle lane, drive down the slope, and then take the first entrance into the car park. Take a ticket at the barrier and go to level 4. At the top of the ramp at Level 4, turn right into the parking area, NOT left into the VIP area. A member of staff will be waiting to meet you. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU HAVE THE STAFF TELEPHONE NUMBER STORED IN YOUR PHONE, WHICH IS 0034 654 242 156 . If you can not see staff immediately, please call that number. Staff will be wearing light blue MARINA CARS uniforms. Please be patient, as they may be very busy or delayed by external factors. IMPORTANT: You should show your identification to staff WHEN COLLECTING THE CAR, to let them know you are the right person. Friends or family should also show identification. Let us know in advance the names of those collecting your car.
When you arrive back in Spain your car is returned to the meeting point, cleaned externally, ready to drive away. We pay the parking fee. You will be met INSIDE the MAIN TICKET HALL, at the end of the walk-way, on level 4 of the car park by a member of staff who will be holding a name board for easy recognition. This is the hall on SIDE A, which has 3 exits and ticket machines. Do not worry if your flight is not on schedule, but please inform us of any flight delays or changes to your schedule. Again, if you do not see staff, call the staff telephone number.
